    Dear Community,

    On behalf of the Railway Applications Section, the 2020 Problem-Solving Competition committee would like to thank all of the participants who made the competition this year a success despite the ongoing public health situation in which we still find ourselves. We would also like to thank the judges who graciously volunteered their time to review and evaluate this year's submissions, which is never an easy task. And now, it is our distinct pleasure to announce the finalists for the 2020 Problem-Solving Competition:
