    Dear Colleagues -   

    Hope this email finds you and your loved ones safe and well.

    I am delighted to report that M&SOM (Manufacturing & Service Operations Management)  breaks a new record.  Within the same time period (Jan 1 - Sept 26), M&SOM has received over 500 submissions for the first time!  Thank you for your support!
