    The Department of Marketing and Supply Chain at the University of Kentucky is pleased to invite applications for a lecturer (non-tenure track) position in Supply Chain Management with an anticipated start date of August 15, 2020. The successful candidate must hold a Master's degree with more than 15 years of work experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field. A Ph.D. degree is preferred.  

    Candidates must have an excellent teaching record or show strong potential in teaching both undergraduate and graduate level courses. Candidates will be expected to teach a variety of courses, which may include logistics management, supply chain strategy, or quality and lean operations. Candidates must also have relevant industry experience and demonstrate the ability to establish working relationships with industry for student projects. Part of the job responsibility of this position is to help the department maintain and develop our industry partners and to organize and advise students for industry projects and case competitions.

    With 15 tenured or tenure track faculty and five lecturers or senior lecturers, our department offers a collaborative work environment with a wide range of faculty expertise. The compensation package is highly competitive and commensurate with the candidates' qualifications.
