All topics falling within the broadly construed iFORM domain are welcome, and all methodologies including theoretical, empirical, case and field studies are welcome. iFORM research topics include (but are not limited to):

    Submission instructions:

    1. Submit your paper by March 4, 2019 at the following link: Submit SIG Paper - MSOM 2019
    2. All submissions of research papers will undergo a double-blind review process by an expert panel. To facilitate this process:
      • The paper should be compliant with M&SOM formatting standards (please see pubsonline.informs.org/page/msom/submission-guidelines );
      • the PDF file containing the paper should be named as <paper title.pdf> (e.g., " Optimal nurse staffing.pdf"), and the authors' names should not be listed in the file;
      • the separate PDF file containing the author information should list the paper title and authors' names and contact information, and the presenter information. Please name this file as <paper title_name of first author>.pdf (e.g., "Optimal nurse staffing_Smith.pdf"). If a paper has multiple authors, and the presenter is not indicated in the author information file, then the submitting author will be automatically designated as the presenter.
    1. The authors of papers accepted to the SIG conference may submit an updated paper version by May 8, 2019 if they choose to do so (using the same link above).

    Coordination with MSOM Conference:

    The same paper may not be presented at both the MSOM and the iFORM SIG conference, but a submission may be considered for both venues. To that end, the authors should make a single submission to the SIG conference, and indicate in the submission process that they would also like to be considered for the MSOM conference (in the event that the paper is not accepted by the SIG conference). The same paper may not be submitted to more than one SIG conference.
