INFORMS Open Forum

Hello INFORMS Members,

The INFORMS Finance Committee and Audit Committee are seeking new members for terms beginning January 1, 2026.

The Finance Committee supports the Treasurer and oversees the financial functions of INFORMS except for the investment of reserves, which is the responsibility of the Investment Committee.  The Finance Committee identifies and deals with financial opportunities or issues of concern to INFORMS. 

The Audit Committee assists the Board in fulfilling its financial oversight responsibilities with respect to (i) the audit of INFORMS' financial statements; and (ii) the system of internal controls that INFORMS has established.

• 2-year term on the Finance Committee
• 2-year term on the Audit Committee
• 3-year term on the Audit Committee
