    We are delighted to announce the completion of the first issue of The Journal of Business Analytics, an official journal of the Operational Research Society.     Please consider submitting your best analytics papers to The Journal of Business Analytics. The journal aims to publish manuscripts that report on real solutions to complex real-world business problems that involve real-world data along with innovative and creative business analytics methods and methodologies. A representative list of topic/sub-topic areas includes:

    ·               AI, deep learning, and machine learning in business analytics

    ·               Statistical approaches in business analytics

    ·               Econometrics in business analytics

    ·               Emerging areas of network science and large scale graph analysis for business problems

    ·               Field experiments and field studies combining prediction and prescriptive analyses

    ·               Integrating statistical, machine learning, and network science methods  for business analytics

    ·               Innovative business analytics development methodologies

    ·               Use of other types of data science techniques in business analytics, as long as they are evaluated rigorously using real-world datasets.

    Our editorial philosophy is to publish papers that contribute to both the theory and practice. Once your paper has been assessed for suitability by the JBA editors, it will then be peer-reviewed in an expeditious manner by independent, knowledgeable expert referees.
