    Today's featured speaker in the INFORMS Military and Security Society Cluster at #INFORMS2021 is Doug Hubbard. Doug is the founder of Hubbard Decision Research, the inventor of the Applied Information Economics (AIE) method, and the author of several books, including "How to Measure Anything: Finding the Value of Intangibles in Business." Doug's presentation titled, "How To Aggregate Subject Matter Experts: How The 'frankensme' Improves Estimates" is scheduled to take place virtually on October 26th from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm Pacific Time.
