    Description

    The UCL School of Management invites applications for a tenure-track position in the Operations & Technology group with an anticipated start date 1st September 2021.

    Assistant Professor with a focus on Big Data Analytics, Information Technologies: We are seeking candidates at the Assistant Professor level with strong research potential or proven record in research and scholarship in the areas of big data analytics, data science, or information technologies. We are particularly looking for candidates with an emphasis on solving real-world problems using cutting-edge data intensive methods and with research interests on new ways organisations capture data, analyse information and make decisions. The successful applicant will be expected to teach courses in areas such as machine learning, big data infrastructure, programming or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript etc.) in our undergraduate and graduate programmes.

    The UCL School of Management is a thriving business school based in London with strong emphasis on research.     Qualifications

    Applicants should hold a PhD in Management Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields by the date of appointment. Candidates are expected to produce world-leading research outputs.
