    Dear Colleagues,

    This is to communicate the final results of the 2019 M&SOM Practice-Based Paper Competition, which were determined as part of the MSOM Annual Meeting organized in Singapore last week, and extend my congratulations to all the authors of distinguished papers:

     
    First Prize

    "Data-Driven Optimization for Commodity Procurement under Price Uncertainty" by Christian Mandl and Stefan Minner


    Honorable Mention

    On this occasion, I also want to acknowledge the substantial contributions made to this competition by the following individuals:
