The laboratory of research in optimization, learning, and energy (ROLE), led by Dr. Ming Jin in the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech has one position for postdoctoral researcher and multiple PhD positions, in the areas of machine learning and cybersecurity. Prospective postdoctoral applicant is expected to have strong publication records in machine learning, optimization, and/or cybersecurity.
