Tenure-Track Assistant Professor – Manufacturing Systems
The Clarence Mitchell, Jr. School of Engineering at Morgan State University invites applicants and
nominations for a faculty position in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering. The
position is available at the tenure-track assistant professor level. The ISE Department offers an ABET
accredited BS degree in Industrial Engineering, a Master of Engineering degree, and a Doctor of
Engineering degree in areas related to Industrial Engineering. The successful candidate should exhibit
knowledge of state-of-the-art concepts in teaching practices, an awareness of the impact of
engineering education and research on national and global economic development, and teaching &
research interests in the area of Manufacturing Systems.
Applicants must have an earned doctorate degree in Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field
with at least 'one' degree in the field of Industrial Engineering. The review of applicants will begin
