    The MCDM Section invites  nominations for  the 2021 MCDM Junior Researcher Best Paper Award.  The goal of the award is to recognize outstanding papers in the field of multicriteria decision making written by a junior researcher or a team of junior researchers.  A  person who is within seven years of their Ph.D. graduation by the 1st of January 2021 qualifies as a junior researcher.  Please consider nominating young researchers whose  recent paper(s) you find inspiring.

    Key eligibility criteria for the award are the following:

    1. A candidate must be the single author or the leading coauthor of an article. A team of candidates must consist of the leading coauthors of an article.
    2. The article must be written in the English language and published electronically in a peer-reviewed journal within the period between the 1stof January 2018 and the 1st of January 2021.
    3. All candidates must be members of the MCDM Section of INFORMS.

    Finalists will present their work in an MCDM Award Session at the 2021 INFORMS Annual Meeting which is scheduled to take place  in Anaheim.   The winner will be announced during the Section's business meeting. The award is accompanied by a $500 honorarium for the first prize and an honorable mention for the second and third prize.
