With the support of our world-class editorial board (pubsonline.informs.org/page/serv/editorial-board), the journal is committed to providing high quality and timely reviews (we aim to review 90% of the papers in 90 days or less).

The editorial board is pursuing a number of initiatives, including the launch of several special issues, the first of which is a unique special issue on "Frontiers of Service Science" with contributions from the foremost thought leaders in the field.

We have big ambitions for the journal as we work to position it as the leading journal for research on the science, engineering and management of service. Please help us achieve this vision by submitting your best work!
