    The University of Chicago Booth School of Business invites applications for tenure-track positions at the assistant or associate professor levels in operations management for the 2019-20 academic year.

    Successful candidates will have outstanding research abilities and will be committed to achieving excellence in teaching operations management at the MBA level. The candidate must have obtained, or expect to obtain shortly, a PhD or equivalent degree in Operations Management, Operations Research, Management Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

    Booth faculty will be available to meet with prospective applicants at the INFORMS Annual Meeting, November 4-7, 2018, in Phoenix, Arizona. To express an interest in a meeting at INFORMS, please contact professor René Caldentey (rene.caldentey@chicagobooth.edu) via email by Friday October 19th, 2018. Interested individuals attending the November conference are encouraged to submit curriculum vitae, job market paper(s), and any supporting materials by October 19th, 2018 using the online application system at http://www.chicagobooth.edu/faculty/openings

    We will begin formally reviewing applications on November 15th, 2018 and strongly encourage you to submit all material by that date to ensure full and timely consideration. We will continue to accept applications until January 31, 2019.
