The Health Applications Society has been working closely with Ming Hu, the Editor-in-Chief of Naval Research Logistics, to start a new Healthcare Management Department at NRL. I am very pleased that Diwakar Gupta and Sanjay Mehrotra have graciously accepted to serve as the founding co-Editors of NRL's new Healthcare Management Department. Both Diwakar and Sanjay are visionary scholars, and I am confident that this new department will flourish under their leadership. I hope you will consider NRL as a potential outlet for your healthcare related papers.
