IE University seeks qualified applicants for Assistant Professor tenure-track positions in Operations Management.

Successful candidates will be expected to publish in top-tier academic journals, teach operations and supply chain management courses, interact and work closely with faculty across disciplines, and provide intellectual leadership in their own area of expertise. Applicants will have earned a doctoral degree in Operations Management, Management Science, or a related area from a recognized school by the date of the appointment.

Candidates from all areas of expertise will be considered, but preference will be given to candidates with empirical research orientation (e.g., econometric modeling, field experiments, empirically grounded analytical modeling, or data mining/machine learning).

IE University encourages applications from individuals who will expand the ethnic and gender diversity of our faculty. Proficiency in Spanish is not required from applicants, nor for career progression. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Applications should include a cover letter and resume, a one-page research statement, a statement of teaching philosophy, copies of recent publications/working papers, contact information for three references, and evidence of teaching excellence (e.g., teaching evaluations). Applications received by the end of October will be given priority consideration. Please submit your application with the heading Operations via email to:
