    Following the above link will enable you to attend it. The panel is about parental leave policies and related issues to operationalize diversity, equality and inclusion principles. We will discuss questions including, but not restricted to:

    1. What were some of the work-related challenges you experienced as (expecting) parents? 
    2. How can we improve our parental leave policies to help alleviate such challenges?
    3. How can we improve parental leave policies to help same sex couples?
    4. How can we improve parental leave policies to help single parents?
    5. What are the pros and cons of primary care giver and gender independent policies?
    6. How can we improve the promotion process to make sure that primary care givers are not penalized?
    7. How can we improve parental leave policies for parents going through treatments, stillbirths & miscarriages?
    8. How can we improve the parental leave policies for multiple births?
    9. Sharing information
    10. When is the right time to share pregnancy news?
    11. What safeguarding processes can be put in place for parents who may not want to share information about their relationship?
    12. Mental health: how can we be more open on postpartum depression, stress, lack of sleep, etc.?
