The journal's submission system website is
https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/opre . Please follow all instructions provided on the website.
For submissions to the special issue, please pay special attention to the following:
- In "Step 1: Type, Title, & Abstract", under Type, select "Special Issue: Behavioral Queueing Science"
- Also in "Step 1: Type, Title, & Abstract", under "Manuscript Routing," the submission system requires you to select an area of review and an area editor, even though your paper will in fact be routed to the special issue guest editors and one of the guest editors will act as Area Editor. Nevertheless, please select the area of review that you think is the closest match for your paper.
- After submitting your paper, we recommend that, just in case, you email one of the guest editors with your manuscript number, so that we can ensure that your paper is routed correctly.
