For the INFORMS Annual Meeting in National Harbor (Washington DC), we are organizing an invited cluster of talks on new modes of transportation. This includes self-driving/driverless vehicles, autonomous aircraft and marine vessels, "shared" vehicles such as bike-sharing and scooter-sharing, hyperloops, and any other new or proposed modes of transportation. Topics of talks include optimization of operations, long-term planning and analysis of strategic questions, demand modeling, marketplace design, price optimization, etc.
The talks will be listed under the conference's "Committee's Choice Topics Sessions". It will also be listed as part of the Transportation Science and Logistics cluster of talks.
