    A friendly reminder for those who have not yet registered for the INFORMS Annual Meeting (#INFORMS2021), Early Bird registration ends on September 27th. Don't miss the discounted rate for this great event. The INFORMS Military and Security Society sponsors a cluster of sessions focused on military and national security topics of interest. As we draw closer to the Annual Meeting, we'll be featuring our speakers and their talks.  Today's featured speaker is Dr. Sam Savage, Executive Director of ProbabilityManagement.org and Adjunct Professor at Stanford University. Dr. Savage's presentation titled, "Chancification: Wiring Your Organization For Probability," will discuss how organizations are making chance-informed decisions in the face of uncertainty while leveraging breakthroughs in cloud-based data capabilities, modeling and simulation, and open standards. His presentation is scheduled to take place virtually on October 26th from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm Pacific Time.
