    Your Role
    • The post-doctoral researcher will be working within the Luxembourg Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LCL) and is expected to contribute to research in the area of Supply Chain Management.
    • We are seeking for researchers with interests in the broad area of Operations Management and Supply Chain Management. Diverse research methodologies are welcomed, including modeling, theoretical, empirical, algorithmic, or computational approaches.
    • The main tasks include writing academic papers, participating actively in the life of the centre (e.g. seminars, workshops), and interacting with Ph.D. candidates as well as master's students from the Logistics and Supply Chain Management programme. The candidate is also expected to operate within the Centre for Research in Economics and Management (CREA).
    • A contribution to teaching activities (about 2 hours a week) is expected. In particular, the PostDoc is expected to supervise 2-3 industry oriented research theses at the master's level.
    • The post-doctoral researcher will be under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Benny Mantin and Prof. Dr. Joachim Arts.
    Your Profile
    • PhD degree in operations management, supply chain management, industrial engineering or related domains.
    • Very good English language skills.
    • Willingness to work in an inter-cultural and international environment.
    • Curiosity and self-motivation.
