EURO 2019 (Dublin, 23-26 June 2019) - DEADLINE FEBRUARY 15The EURO working group "OR in Sports" is organizing a stream on OR in Sports, as part of the EURO Conference, June 23-26 2019 in Dublin, Ireland (more information about the conference can be found at
http://euro2019dublin.com/). We are aiming for a sports track covering various applications and methodologies (e.g. optimization, statistics, analytics, …), much like the sessions we had at the previous EURO conferences in Valencia and Poznan.

Mathsport International 2019 Conference (Athens, 1-3 July) - DEADLINE FEBRUARY 17We are glad to announce the 7th conference of MathSport International which will be held in Athens, 1-3 July 2019. This is a series of conferences that bring together researchers from Academia and Industry in all topics and applications of Mathematics in sports Science, including Statistics, Operational Research, Mathematical Modelling and covering all sports.
An indicative list of topics to cover among others are: mathematical and physical models in sports, performance measures and models, optimization of sports performance, statistics and probability models, match outcome models, competitive strategy, game theoretical models, optimal tournament design and scheduling, decision support systems, analysis of rules and adjudication, econometrics in sport, analysis of sporting technologies, mathematics education and sport, computationally intensive methods, financial valuation in sport, e-sports (gaming), betting and sports, quantitative sports marketing.
