In this panel, instead of hearing technical talks, you will hear from a few researchers in our field who have communicated extensively with various stakeholders (including industry, media, and government agencies) about their research. They will share their experiences and suggestions on communicating more intentionally and powerfully with stakeholders outside our academic world to make a difference.

- 6:00-7:30 AM VTA79 (Live). Panel: Health in Low and Middle Income Countries (LMICs) Healthcare delivery challenges (demand) and infrastructure (supply) vary across countries. Differences in human, physical, financial, and institutional frameworks mean a different approach may be beneficial. Panelists share their experiences about healthcare operation strategy, capacity development and operations in LMICs. They discuss observations relevant to those working in higher income countries and perspectives of innovation and engagement rather than pushing of solutions to LMIC.
Hope to see you there.
