Applicants with a Master's degree in electrical and computer engineering, background on smart power grids as well as security and resiliency, and strong skills on programming, data analytics, and operations research are preferred for this project. The Ph.D. student is expected to do research in the domains described, write a Ph.D. dissertation and publish research outcomes in scientific journals.
