    The Department of Applied Mathematics at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) invites applications for the Senior Lecturer faculty position beginning in August 2019. The search is open to applicants from all areas of statistics, data science, or related areas.

    The Applied Mathematics Department at IIT offers multiple degrees related to statistics, including B.S. in Statistics, M.S. in Applied Mathematics with specialization in Computational Statistics for Data Science, M.S. in Computational Decision Science and Operations Research, and Master in Data Science. We are looking for a colleague who wishes to make a lasting contribution not only by teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in statistics, but also actively participate in curriculum development, student advising, and other services related to these programs.
