2. Once you create an account, you can follow the instructions and choose the Maryland Chapter as your choice for membership.
3. The membership fee for the Maryland Chapter for 2015 is $15.00 for regular INFORMS members, $10 for student and retired INFORMS members and $20 for Non-INFORMS members.
