The purpose of the Maryland Chapter of INFORMS is to provide a local community for networking, and a professional dialogue for Operations Research, Management Science, Analytics related professionals in the Baltimore and surrounding region. Similiar to INFORMS, the Maryland Chapter of INFORMS provides an environment that encourages intellectual connections amongst practitioners, theorists and anyone that is interested in Operations Research & Analytics. By facilitating an active community, the chapter strives to provide services and programs that may assist members of the chapter in identifying publication opportunities, job opportunities, consulting relationships, internships, and other professional connections.
