    Decision Modeling by David Tulett (a 567 page pdf document) can be downloaded for free from                                    https://linney.mun.ca/pages/view.php?ref=36808

    The front matter including the CC Licence and Table of Contents is attached to this message. The text was written in LaTeX and includes graphics made in PSTricks. As the title suggests, the emphasis is on modeling, not algorithms. Models are solved using the Excel Solver, but instructions on how to use LINGO appear in an Appendix. I have made solutions for all the problems left for student completion, though these are not entirely typeset.
