    Computational Methods for Business Analytics (CMBA 2017) cmba

     

    CMBA 2017 International Workshop will be held in the 17th International Conference on Computational Science and its Applications (ICCSA 2017) http://www.iccsa.org/

    Trieste, Italy, July 3 - 6, 2017


    TOPICS

    A non-exhaustive list of topics for the CMBA 2017 is as follows:

    ·         Integer linear programming and combinatorial optimization approaches

    ·         Exact optimization algorithms: branch-and-bound, polyhedral approaches, decomposition-based methods, reformulations

    ·         Heuristics, meta-heuristics, matheuristics and model based metaheuristics for integer linear programming and combinatorial optimization

    ·         Real-world applications in industry and services: operations management, supply chain management, logistics and transportation, scheduling, production management and distribution, warehousing, location, energy, telecommunications, project management, healthcare

    ·         Optimization software and decision support systems

     

    IMPORTANT DATES

    • March 15, 2017: Full paper submission
    • April 15, 2017: Acceptance notification
    • May 15, 2017: Early-bird Registration ends
    • May 15, 2017: Submission for the final version of the papers 
    • July 3-6, 2017: CMBA 2017 International Workshop (will be held in the ICCSA 2017)


    SUBMISSION DETAILS


    Accepted papers will appear in the Conference proceedings to be published by Springer-Verlag in Lecture Notes for Computer Science. 
    To submit a paper, please connect to the Submission site. The submitted paper must be between 10 to 16 pages long for LNCS publication, and should be formatted according to the LNCS rules.

    Please see the Instructions for Authors page for formatting information and templates. Each paper must deal with original and unpublished work, not submitted for publication elsewhere.
