The Nanyang Business School (NBS), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore invites applications for faculty positions in Operations Management at all levels.
Requirements: Candidates are expected to have completed or be close to completing a PhD in Operations Management, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a related field. More senior candidates are expected to have an established record for research excellence. Our ideal candidate will have a research agenda that focuses on the use of business analytics and analytical models to address business problems in one or more of the following areas: Supply Chain & Logistics, Service Operations, Health Care Operations, Transportation or Corporate Sustainability. We also look for technically competent candidates who have evidence of teaching effectiveness with an interest in teaching in our undergraduate Business Analytics major as well as other operations and supply chain courses.

About the Department: The OM faculty at Nanyang Business School is part of the Information Technology & Operations Management (ITOM) Division which, apart from the undergraduate major in Business Analytics, offers courses in Technology Strategy & Management, Innovation, Corporate Sustainability, Operations, and Supply Chain Management in the UG, Masters, MBA, EMBA and PhD Programs. Beyond the traditional research areas in Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management, the OM faculty have built up research interests and strengths in Sustainable Operations, Service Operations and Humanitarian Operations and publish in top journals such as Operations Research, Management Science, MSOM, POM, Journal of Operations Management, and Strategic Management Journal among others.
