We are very excited to announce the Georgia Tech Workshop on Electric Energy Systems and Optimization, taking place on November 9-10, 2017 in Atlanta.
The objective of the workshop is to promote discussions and collaborations between the Power and Energy Systems and the Operations Research community on challenging problems facing the nation's electric power systems.
We have an impressive list of speakers (
speakers) of diverse backgrounds from academia, national labs, electricity industry, and government. The workshop will also have a Student Poster Session for graduate students to showcase their research.
We would like to cordially invite you to attend the workshop. We would also like to encourage graduate students to participate in the Student Poster Session. Your participation and support will significantly contribute to building up a meaningful dialogue between researchers, students, and industry experts in the field of energy and optimization.
