    The BIA department at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver invites applications for a visiting professor of Business Information and Analytics.  The position begins 1 September 2017 and runs through June 2018.  The position has a teaching responsibility of two classes per 10-week quarter for three quarters - September-November, January-March, and March-June.  While anyone with specializations in any areas of statistics, analytics, programming, and modeling are encouraged to apply, those who have an interest in teaching text analytics and data mining are particularly encouraged to apply.

    In addition to teaching, the visiting professor is expected to keep an active research profile. It is particularly encouraged to work with the existing BIA faculty on research projects.

    This position is potentially renewable after the one year depending on the needs of the department.
