INFORMS is lucky to have many volunteers who help our organization thrive. Members serve on our committees, lead our communities, coordinate award programs, write articles for OR/MS Today, and more. Volunteers add significant value to INFORMS.

The nomination form is short. You will answer just a few questions and provide a summary of why your nominee deserves an award, in no more than 200 words.
The deadline is June 30, 2017.
Up to 20 winners will be recognized at the Annual Meeting in Houston, Texas. The selection committee will notify winners 8 weeks prior to the meeting.
