Please, note that because of several requests, the deadline of the special issue has been extended till the end of February.

Journal of Global Optimization - Call for Papers

Special issue on "Global Optimization with Multiple Criteria: Theory, Methods and Applications"

Guest Editors: Kaisa Miettinen (University of Jyväskylä, Finland) and Francisco Ruiz (University of Málaga, Spain)

This special issue of the Journal of Global Optimization will publish original research papers dealing with theoretical and applied issues related to global optimization problems with multiple criteria (or objectives) broadly understood. We welcome papers with a significant amount of new scientific contribution in theory, methods or applications of global optimization involving multiple criteria in line with the scope of the Journal of Global Optimization – an international journal dealing with theoretical and computational aspects of seeking global optima and their applications in science, management and engineering.

The deadline for submissions has been extended till February 28, 2018.

    Submission process:

Authors should follow the Instructions for Authors of the Journal of Global Optimization and submit their manuscripts via Springer's online Editorial Manager www.editorialmanager.com/jogo/ by February 28, 2018. While submitting, please, make sure to choose in the Editorial Manager SI: MCDM2017 as the Article Type. Submissions are sent to reviewers as they arrive and papers accepted for publication are made electronically available via SpringerLink before the Special Issue is published. Other inquiries should be sent directly to the Guest Editors in charge of this issue: Kaisa Miettinen (kaisa.miettinen@jyu.fi) and Francisco Ruiz (rua@uma.es).
